After completing the Non-Disclosure Agreement, Master Services Agreement, and related security compliance documents, we started with the scope of the project. The entire project was converted into tasks and subtasks using the Asana project management tool. Following the agile development approach, the team followed daily scrums to ensure a quick response to the changes needed and collaborated with the QA resources to ensure the constant testing of the app in each phase. The delivery teams set up regular weekly check-ins to review the progress and discuss any bottlenecks, discrepancies, etc. and organized regular demos of the updates made.
